antiX how to get a different WM ( installed by user) to work?

I installed e16 and I got it added into slim to give me the option to login, but I get failed login and get sent back to the login screen.

How do I change that so it will work?

Where did you get e16 from? Which version of antiX are you using?

On latest antiX-17, e17 is in the repo, not e16.

antiX 17

I just happen to be in antiX right this minute,

Though, I have misplaced that usb stick, and I am now attempting to
1. get bluetooth working on this new usb stick I just created, to install antix onto a SD Card, which I see no support for using the creator to get me a persistence card / system and I am hving to use a touch pad that me no likey using.

I need to get bluetooth connected as all I have is a bluetooth mouse to use.

in antiX it is telling me that it does not know blueman, or bluedevil when trying to install via apt install

I do not even know ow to do a paste copy middle button click on this touch pad to get the text off the terminal to the page on here.

but I got bluetooth up and runnning, just do not see anything to use to connect it to my mouse... waaaahhhhh

this is e16 from source, not e17. it is the one before they did the rewrite of Enlightenment,

it is already installed. I just need to get it running in here.

I just found my already persistent usb stick) and am running it now
