Hello guys,
do you know where can I get a kernel source for amigo2? coz I'm planning to add a firestarter with QoS support but I says in the forum that I had to enable something in the kernel.
Please help me...
Thanks

amigo-2 uses the standard Slackware kernel source code without modifications.
Look in /boot for the configuration file used to compile with.
You can also use the stock kernel source code from kernel.org. Slackware makes a few (undocumented) changes in the source code, but nothing major.

Its been awhile since I get back here, I did try ubuntu minimal install so far its great, but I keep on coming back to amigo for its minimalistic and low system requirement.
now back on topic, I browse the slackware disk1 but couln't fine kernel source for 2.4.25? If its not too much to ask can you post a link for the kernel source because I'm trying to compile nvidia driver for amigo. when I'm done with my adventure in amigo I'll post some howto and possibly a package for amigo2.

ftp://ftp.slackware.at/slackware_sou...2.4.31.tar.bz2
You might as well use the latest source -this won't cause any problems with already-compiled software.
You can also get the real virgin source from kernel.org.
BTW: Kernel source code for slackware is found in the /k subdirectory of slackware/source on CD#3
