Emergency! Why Amigo always mount my root fs as msdos type?

hi,amigos,

I have a FAT32 partition as root file system for Amigo.

To make Amigo mount root fs correctly,I edited linux.bat as below:

\linux\loadlin \linux\boot\vmlinuz root=/dev/hda11 root_fstype=vfat root_flags=utf8,rw

I want Amigo to mount root as vfat and use utf8 to en/decode long unicode file name.I remember FAT32 use unicode to store long file names,is that so?

but it doesnt work, and all files with long name in that partition are cut down to ugly short name.

I think it's a vital problem, and I dont want to risk any danger. So I coundnt do anything before long file name is fully supported by Amigo.

Help! I think there must be some resolutions to this problem

thanks for any hints.

Amigo has to run with the partition mounted as umsdos -cut the UTF reference out also. Umsdos provides permissions, etc, so that you can run UTF without any problems.
