Broken simbolic links

I have just downloaded the Amigo 2.0 file ( and unzipped into my computer using WinRar. I have successfully booted the system on a Windows 98 machine (FAT32, I guess). But when I tried to run 'startx', a error message appeared, saying that it could not find the 'sh' file. I went into '/usr/bin' and noticed that all the symbolic links are broken. When I execute a 'ls -l' command, they all appear in red, instead of blue, and the target of the links looks like 'sh -> bash\301\234\302\266\346\135\334\143\342\212' (this is not 'exactly' how it appears, I didn't write it down). I could manually fix this link, so things started working. But there are hundreds of symbolic links spread around the system, so I can't fix them all. Does anyone have a clue about it?

Don't use WinRar. Usually the system won't even boot when unzipped with winrar. Try winzip or alzip instead. is created with alzip, but winzip works fine to unzip them.
