Dave, the 2.0 version will run on an xp box, but you need to boot up into Win98, in command mode. There are plenty of bootdisk images available for this.
But hopefully the details on ordering the amigoXP CD will be complete in a day or two.
Regards,
John
clarification... my pc lacks a floppy, so I used a USB thumb drive to bring it up ... could not figure out how to put a workable bootdisk image onto it, so I put win-98 basics on it.
Amigo-2.0 will run from any IDE hard disk FAT partition, even without windows or DOS installed. It can be booted with a floppy. However, you need SOME sort of 32-bit Windows OS (or Linux) in order to unzip the .zip file. So, if you have WindowsXP on a FAT or you have an XP box with a FAT partition you can unzip Amigo-2.0 there and then create the boot floppy from the download area and boot with that. You can then install lilo to boot either Windows or Amigo if you like.
