IBM RCM overview please
Hey guys,

Anyone here familiar with IBM's RCM software? I can't find any satisfying information online for my question.

So here's the story:

1. We have a bunch of server administrators, who DO NOT have root access to our production servers (AIX).
2. Only IBM has root access to these production servers.
3. Let's say I'm from the applications team, and we have copies of our scripts in these servers (exact same directory, exact same lines of code).
4. These scripts were 'added' to the cron of all these servers, but ONLY 1 of them is ENABLED. The others are commented out (#). In other words, it is expected that a script would run once and only once.

However, there are some instances wherein, after server maintenance activities over the weekend, the scripts in the other servers gets ENABLED (uncommented). Our server admins always blames that this is due to IBM's RCM software. However, they can't even prove it to us.

The question is, would it be possible for us to check any log file from RCM? Is it possible to prove that RCM is the one causing the scripts to be enabled on the other servers?

Thank you very much.
