cfgmgr errors out method error

new machine 6m2 loaded os run cfgmgr get:

# cfgmgr
Method error (/etc/methods/cfgnam -l nampd0):
0514-068 Cause not known.
sh: /etc/methods/cfgnam: not found

any suggestions

cfgmgr often throws up these kinds of errors and its rarely anything to worry about. I'm not familiar with this particular one. If no one has come up with an answer before, I'll take a look next week when I'm next in work.
