I added following line in /etc/syslog.conf of AIX system and restarted service
*.debug @hostip
*.debug /tmp/syslog.out

I am getting
"Dec 11 03:41:12 hostname syslog:info syslogd: restart" message in /tmp/syslog.out

But I am receiving
"<46>Dec 11 03:41:12 Message forwarded from hostanme:syslogd: restart" message at system hostip. Why am I getting "Message forwarded from hostanme" string in receiving message.
Why I am receiving like this?

I want to receive event message as "<46>syslogd: restart" .
That is as like linux syslogd event mesaage I want to receive AIX syslogd messages at another host.

How is it possible ? please help me.

The "native" error logging facility in earlier versions of AIX was "errpt", not the standard Unix "syslog". I don't know what your version of AIX is, or how your system is configured. But here is a good overview of AIX error logging:
