AIX-64 bit: no mbschr in libc.a

I admit I don't know what 'mbschr' is, but it seems to be present in /usr/lib/libc.a(shr.o), and missing from /usr/lib/libc.a(shr_64.o).

oslevel: 5200-09, 6100-09, 7100-02

Certainly, I should know where to find this symbol (or why not use it in 64-bit), but I still don't know...

The context: compiling unzip-60 in 64-bit.

I guess everything in a 64 bit library is required, for 32 bit functions you still call them from the 32 bit lib.

Eventually, I did compile unzip in AIX for 64-bit, but it wasn't entirely trivial.
