Is it possible to install Tor Browser on 4MLinux ?

I was able to download and extract the package from the official Tor Browser website, but clicking or running via terminal results to nothing or error messages?

Is using Tor Browser even possible on 4MLinux though?

THanks

Yes, but without knowing what you downloaded, from where, onto what version of 4M, running on what hardware and what the error(s)/message(s) were, we can tell you nothing.

There are 32 and 64 bit versions of the TOR browser available...you should be able to use the xz command to decompress it, then run 'tar xvf' on the remaining file. The run the start script in that folder.

Hi,

I am not sure if you really need Tor browser in 4MLinux.

1. Start Tor daemon in one click (Menu/Internet/TorOn/Off)
2. Open your browser settings and set proxy to localhost port 8123.

Alternatively, you can install a Firefox extension such as, for example, FoxyProxy Basic:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...xyproxy-basic/

.
