I, personally, would prefer Statocles here - mostly because it's in Perl and its configuration is less eww than Hugo's.

I've been moaning about this before, but I need to say it again:
I don't understand how there's a poll for this, but not for CMS of the year.
Seems biased by github pages.

We had a CMS poll for multiple years, it was never competitive and was rotated out.
