Roxterm for me. I like the Cinnamon DE, which uses Gnome Terminal by default. Since I hate Gnome Terminal, having something that doesn't really depend on any one DE is great!

Awesome features: transparent background, multiple tabs, and good drag and drop support.

Well sort of a given for me since I use KDE Plasma. So I of course picked Konsole.
