Once PostgreSQL, always PostgreSQL. :)

SQLite is really best performance, stable & efficient solution, and also I really love their tongue-in-cheek Code of Conduct that outraged many SJWs ;)

No MongoDB ?

chrisretusn 01-11-2019 04:33 AM

MariaDB of course. I always like to mention my other favorite SyBase.

Database of the Year 2018

MariaDB is by far the #1 in all Linux distributions in the world.

'Coz I'm WP dev so... what can I say, MySQL.

Btw, does anyone consider mongoDB?

A friend of mine told me recently --

"Either use Postgres, or have a damn good reason why you don't!"

Recent functionality enhancements make Postgres a very attractive option for a big bunch of use cases.

Oracle

MariaDB for sure! Their database proxy is amazing and they're adding more enterprise features than any other Open Source database project
