I voted for VLC, but I also like the SMPlayer front end for MPlayer.

Voted for Myth again as I use it for TV and videos/dvds mainly. I occasionally us VLC.

I second this, voted VLC but would have voted for SMPlayer if offered.

xine. Easy, fast and supports easy custom key bindings.
vlc is a good second, but it takes longer to start
