I voted netXMS mainly because it is the only one, I have worked with frequently and it was quite ok.

shout out to 'omd' the open monitoring distribution that makes setting nagios/icinga/etc simpler.

Nagios XI - Since Nagios XI 5 came out the smart wizards really made it a breeze to configure

Zabbix for everything: network, server and application monitoring. Using it since Zabbix 1.0, now on the latest 3.2.3, great release btw.
