Joomla as general workhorse.. bashed this year on WorldPress Security Enchanced edition.. runed a bunch of sql injection test without success to my good surprise.

Voting Plone this year. Haven't actually used it as of late but did quite a bit in the past and looks like they've made strides on the dev front.

Blogging wise I'd vote Roller but Roller really hasn't done much this year and I only get one vote, so Plone it is
