Nagios works good for me. I work with Nagios+NCONF and it works as well as I need. Powerfull and easy.

Definitely Nagios. Looking at the choices, the better title for this poll should be: "Best spin-off of Nagios". Either way, I would say that XI is the preferred option around here. I have been recommending it to my customers for a while now, and they are all very pleased, especially for the price.
