LXDE hands down, though I rarely use it. I always wind up hacking my desktop together out of dzen, dmenu, a tiling wm, conky, and a bunch of scripts. Perhaps "keyboard driven Erector set" should be added to list?

My preferred DE is LXDE, but my vote went to Cinnamon because I find it to be Gnome3 done right
