RhythmBox. Has playlists, album art, visualisations, "jukebox mode" :-), and other things I associate with a versatile audio player but isn't a bloated mess like Amarok (OK, little bit of bitterness there).

I like and use Amarok.

Juk is a nice, simple and light player.
