USB turns off in Xorg with FreeBSD release5.3 in T41

I installed FreeBSD release 5.3 in my T41 1 week ago, but I found my
stuffs turn off when I startx.
My USB mouse work properly in text mode, when I startx or use xdm, my
USB mouse light turn off, and I tested it with my external hard drive,
but all USB port have been turn off.
I restart FreeBSD, mouse and USB external hard drive worked fine. Once
startx, all turn down.

I found another same case:
but it didn't given a solution.
