Redirection question...

One Comuter is running freebsd, have static IP and i am admin there (SU). The other comuter has HUGE hard drive and running a web server at 80 port , but it connects to the internet VIA first computer (and does not have any IP adress (except for 192.168.1.x How can i redirect queries to first machine (to for example port 32323) and send them to my 192.168.1.X machine ? (just to run a web server there...) (better by using IPFW)
