Lookinf for SDAS HBA and PCIe 16X GPU recommendations for PCBSD

I have a Athlon X 5600+ Dule Core Pavillion A6230N which ships standard with sata II (3.5Gbits bandwidt the machine has about five Second generation Periferial Component Interface 16 (PCI) expansion slots.

Is there asub to hundred dollar SAS Hard Drive BUS adapter (PCI EXPRESS only) that is compatible with BSD. I am als interestood to find out what PCI Express 16X Graphics Processor Units (Video cards) same sub 200 dollar range my fellow pcbsd users have had good luck with (my preference is Nvidia?

My musyt have upgrade is the SASas I can but load the machine with a couple of monsteriously fast ITB harddrives most likely Western Digital or Hatachi
