Keyboard Map
I have installed FreeBSD5.3 Release in my pc. In the process of installation, I set my keyboard map correspoding to JP106.
howerver, after completing the installation, I found that my keyboard
did not corresponding to JP106 in the KDE enviroment. So I used sysinstall
to reset the value of keyboard map to IP106. But it seems to unfunctional.
I wonder how to find out the reason for this problem?
Thanks for your help!

The keymap on the console and the keymap in X are two different things, and then I believe that KDE has it's own keymap thingie. Make sure all three are set the way you want them.
