mount -t msdos /dev/adxsy /mnt

where x is the number of your hard disk, starting at 0 and y the number of the DOS partition ('slice' in BSD terms), starting at 1.

Type:
ls /sbin/mount_*
to see all supported the filesystems. For each of them, there is a man page. For example, there is a command /sbin/mount_cd9660 for ISO 9660 fs and a corresponding man page "man mount_cd9660"
You do not have to run theses commands directly. They are called by /sbin/mount.
