Question How can I relay email in sendmail?

I have install FreeBSD 3.2 and old version, which have an antirelaying sendmail. I use it in my office as a email sever, but may users can not send mail to any other domain outside. I've been reading about the file /etc/mail/relay-domain, which need to have all the domains writing. But each time an user have a diferent domain, I need to add it, and go on. Is there another way to enable the relaying in sendmail?

Thank You
