FBSD 6.2 wireless help needed

I am trying to get my belkin wireless pcmcia on a t22 to work.I attemted ndisgen and installed the bcmwl5 driver successfully I think.I load the driver wtih "kldload BCMWL5_SYS.ko" and when I insert the card the laptop does a hard reboot about half the time.

When it does not reboot and I try wpa-supplicant the connection times out and then after a bit the lappy will hard reboot again.

I need a hand please :-)

edit:ahhh kernel panic -that's what happens.Does anyone know why?I thought that was fixed already....
