Wrong Keyboard mapping.

I'm running openbsd/3.5/release and my keyboard mapping is perfect(pt_PT.ISO8859-15), but not in the X window system. The accents and some symbols are misplaced and switched by one another.
Anyone has any ideias how to solve this?
