Question vpopmail with relay-ctrl question

Hi there...

I have a machine with FreeBSD and Apache server on it.
I have installed netqmail with vpopmail for managing virtual mail accounts on the machine. Now I want to set roaming relay on the smtp, but I don't know how. I know there are sources on the net like relay-ctrl, but the documentation on those is kinda poor.
If someone can help, feel free to enjoy it :]]]

10x in advance
