Have you looked at the
OpenBSD FAQ? There's a lot of good information there. Fundamentally, setting this stuff up under OpenBSD isn't much different from any other *nix type OS. Install the packges, tweak the config files, and go. Most basic how to set up Apache tutorials should help. One thing to note (as stated in the FAQ) that Apache runs chrooted on OpenBSD.
