Samba nmbd doesn't start

Hi!
I installed Samba from 5.1 cd packages...
Correct /usr/local/etc/rc.d/samba.sh.default int samba.sh and /usr/local/etc/rc.d/smb.conf.default into smb.conf (and edited for my config..)
Samba starts at boot but with ps aux I can see only smb -D
And nmbd???
On manuals says that starting samba with samba.sh runs smbd and nmbd
Someone help please?

The Samba version is 2.2.8a
And there is an error in my nmbd log!!!
The error says:
Netbios nameserver 2.2.8a started
create_subnets: No local interfaces
ERROR: Failed when creating subnet lists. Exiting

I understand why nmbd doesen't work...
My NIC isn't loaded during the boot!!!
If eth card is down nmbd doesn't find it!!!!!!
My mind sleeping today...
Now all is running
