Resize freebsd partition

I'm running FreeBSD 5.3 and have decided to make it the primary OS on my HD, but am running out of disk space. Without another HD to use, I need to resize my FreeBSD partition, as I have already resized the NTFS partition to make space. How would one go about doing such a thing?
