It is a way but it is nonstandard.
Boot with a liveCD , copy /etc/files and edit /etc/fstab according to your needs.Remove from /etc/rc.d unwanted files ( those specific from liveCD) ,reboot. FreeBSD and do a
ugrade from CD.

I don't know how to browse my files when booting with the CD (it is the install of freebsd). When I start bsd I is asking me to mountroot, when I mount it (ufs:ad0s3a) it can't write in. I don't knwo what to do. I would like to uninstall freebsd. I know how to erase the partition but I don't know how to deal with the boot loader.

I don't mean the Live CD from FreBSD I mean a Live CD like FreeSBIE , RoFreeSBIE or Frenzy.after you have booted you have mc and even X.
To remove the FreeBSD Bootmanager you must have a bootable Floopy with Windows 98
or dos with fdisk program on it.
Boot from floppy then type fdisk /mbr and press enter.

I would rather uninstall freBSD then re-install it. But I don't have a floopy device on my computer and I'm using Microsoft XP instead of 98. DOS does not recognize fdisk... what should I do?
