Question Problem with bootable FFS partition

Hello all !
I have system istalled on CF (Compact Flash) in some device(NetBSD with FFS). I need do make bootable copy od these NetBSD. I have used DD command on other slack linux(DD IF=/DEV/SDA1 OF=/TEST/IMAGE.ISO and DD IF=/TEST/IMAGE.ISO OF=/DEV/SDA1) machine with USB reader/writer device to make clone of these system. Everything finished okay, but system can't boot. If I insert new(with clooned system) CF card into device system doesn't boot anyway and I see message:
NO NETBSD PART.
Any idea how to solve my problem ???
