Hello,

Recently i got 2 FreeBSD Linux CDs with a magzine. I have a CELERON 2GHZ + 128MB RAM + 10 GB QUANTAM HDD (On which Windows XP on FAT32 is installed in 5 GB & Rest Unpartitioned) .

I tried to boot from cd & after booting i got 6 options from which i choose default one , Safe one (as one was not worked) but result was same .

I got Error something like this :

ataMaster0 : (UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR,MEDIA_MISSING,INVALID_LENGTH)LBA=0

it is only a part of error which i remeber, Can u help me what is wrong with this. also as i am trying FreeBSD First Time , Can u tell me about its difference with RHL9 which i used past

I Burned Disks From a DVD which came with the magzine, so i want to install it for at least one time to check what is *BSD

I think that might be a sign of a corrupted image. Can you download the iso.

Is Downloading is last option ? I can Make Another Disk From DVD or Claim another DVD from Magzine as I bought thier books only for linux versions
