You have some X server configuration, somewhere. You need to have a good look around in:

/usr/local/etc/X11/
/usr/local/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/

For any .conf files.

If you have only intel graphics, then it's extremely odd that the radeon driver is being loaded automatically - from your config it appears that it's being explicitly loaded.

My guess is that you've added some configuration at some point following documentation or perhaps some online guide...?
