PC-BSD Software Manager
Does the gui PC-BSD Software Manager install dependencies such as pkg_add -r 'software package' would? The reason I am asking, is some packages I have installed with the PC-BSD Software Manager don't work, and I am wondering if it is some kind of dependency issue.

I havent used PC-BSD for a while, I remember that there is 'App Cafe' for PBI packages, but I do not remember if 'Software Manager' installs PBI packages or 'casual' packages.
What error message do You get?
