OBSD 3.6 FTP sources already updated w/ patches?

I have just installed OpenBSD 3.6 few days ago and just recently patched BIND as the new patches adviced it.

I just want to know that if you installed it from an FTP site, does these sources already updated with the patches and there is no more need to patch it or is the patches will be applicable only if it was installed from the CD sets?
