natd firewall and icq/msn/aim disconnects

I am using release 5.0 with static firewall rules that pretty much denies everything except internet. I have allowed icq to pass through the firewall as outlined on the icq netadministration website located here: http://www.icq.com/icqtour/firewall/netadmin.html

So i have opened the appropriate ports but about every twenty minutes or so I get disconnected and then in about a minute it reconnects. My rules are as follows:

# Allow in and out access to icq
$cmd add 00602 allow tcp from any to any 5190 out via ${oif} setup keep-state
$cmd add 00603 allow tcp from any to me 1024-1099 in via ${oif} setup keep-state

I will be grateful to anyone with experience with this problem.

Thanks
