Migrating Win AD to FreeBSD

Hi all,
I am new here and actually this is my first question. I am in the process of migrating from Windows 2003 server platform to FreeBSD. I am stuck in the step of migrating the Active Directory from Windows 2003 to Free BSD. Is there a tool I can use or I have to do all the disjoining of PCs from Windows Domain and joining them to FreeBSD domain and then create all the users in FreeBSD.
How do I move the users mails from Exchange to individual mail boxes in Qmail?

I suggest you read about using Samba as a domain controller. I have tried doing this under FreeBSD once, but it didnt go so well because im a person who still needs a howto to set things up. Good luck!

What you will want to research is using openLdap and Samba.
