Intel 2200BG support in FreeBSD

I need to buy a G comaptible mini-pci card for my laptop but I still want to run FreeBSD. So my question is, will FreeBSD 5.3 support the Intel 2200BG card?

I read about "Project Evil" and it looks very promising. Will this add support for the card?

Project Evil allows you to use any Windows network driver under FreeBSD, so if a Windows driver exists for your card, you can theoretically use it in FreeBSD too. I don't know about a native driver, though.

Has this been tested? or is this all theoretical?

Of course it's been tested, what would be the point otherwise??? Just a few weeks ago someone posted here that they got it working for one of the Broadcom drivers from Windows.
