how to see the daemon owner?

How can I see the owner of all the daemons that are running in the system?

I can see the owner/ group of individual daemons:

"ls -l `which sshd' "

But how to see the owner of all the daemons that are currently running in the system?

You can use ps to see which user the daemons are currently running as.
