How to apply PATCH?


I have patch [b]bsd-jdk131-patches-9[1].tar.gz[b]
that shoulb be applied to j2sdk-1_3_1-src[1].tar.gz

How?

patch: bsd-jdk131-patches-9[1].tar.gz
java : j2sdk-1_3_1-src[1].tar.gz

I'm assuming you downloaded the third-party patches to install Java on FreeBSD or NetBSD? If you read the directions in the directory for the jdk131, it tells you exactly where to put those files.
