GRUB Entry for DesktopBSD on /dev/hdb3

I installed DesktopBSD on /dev/hdb3 without installing a boot loader since I already have Grub installed on /dev/hda. But the problem now is, how do I boot off it since I am not aware of the boot loader file.

I am also unable to mount this partition from /etc/fstab.

Any guidance will be appreciated.

Never mind, I resolved it. Now the other question is how do I mount the BSD partition from other Linux OSes? Specifying the ufs filesystem in fstab doesn't work.

try this :

mount -t ufs /mount_point

you can also look in man mount for freeBSD
