ftp server setup

Hello

I setup an anonymous ftp server following, everything works ok but I want to get rid of the .login, .profile, .mailrc and so on files created automatically when I created the ftp account. Those files and .ssh directory appear when someone browse the server.

What is the correct way to manage the issue? Do I simply delete those files and the .ssh directory or is some configuration I have to do in order not to display those files?

To hide hidden files..

Where should I add that line?

I was following the OpenBSD FAQ
http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq10.html#AnonFTP
for setting up the ftp server but there was no mention about a configuration file for ftpd.
