FreeBSD time in ps/top

I have a question about FreeBSD's TIME column.

Code:
PID USERNAME PRI NICE SIZE RES STATE C TIME WCPU CPU COMMAND
  472 squid 96 0 183M 182M select 1 1:10 3.27% 3.27% squid
"TIME" under squid shows 1 hour and 10 mins. This is the amount of time spent (user+sys) on the CPU. However, my box has been up for only 30 mins

Code:
uptime
 6:37PM up 33 mins, 1 user, load averages: 0.16, 0.10, 0.08
Uhh, how can this be? I'm not understanding this "TIME" column correctly. Can someone educate me on this? THanks!

It's minutes:seconds... not hours:minutes.
