Deepin Desktop Environment
I've been using FreeBSD/DragonflyBSD for a few years now. But I've just found deepin Desktop Environment and it looks really nice I was wondering if anyone knows if it will work on FreeBSD if so how to install it. I've only installed gnome and xfce and it's only a few commands for them.

There's an article about installing Deepin on the Arch wiki.
I know that Arch is not a BSD, but it might be a starting point: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php...op_Environment I have no idea whether Deepin will work on BSD. Let us know how it works out! |
Interesting! I did a very cursory Google search regarding Deepin and FreeBSD and nothing came up. You could try #pkg install deepin and see what happens or search for it in ports. Best of luck! I'm curious to hear how this plays out.

It's simple enough to go here and search:
https://www.freebsd.org/ports/searching.html Or on a running FreeBSD system use pkg(7) with the search command... |
