Cross compiling from OSX host for NetBSD 7.1 (earmv6hf)?
I'm trying to find some information on cross compiling for NetBSD 7.1 (earmv6hf) from OSX. I'm struggling to find information on this online. I thought it'd be as easy as cross compiling for linux, but I'm struggling.
I need to buid php, nginx, redis etc for a raspberry pi running NetBSD 7.1 as compiling on the device is not practical.
I have in the past use crosstool-ng for cross compiling, but never done anything for NetBSD. I'm pretty new to BSD. I can't find any information on how to do this.
Are there any solutions to cross compile for NetBSD from OSX or any resources that may help me?
MacOS X will cross-compile, but you'll need all the necessary libraries from the target host type. Xcode has plenty of information about cross-compiling -- it does it all the time for arm processors for iPhones etc.
