configuring and freebsd router

hi all,

iam trying to confgure and router with my freebsd pc
this is my rc.conf

defaultrouter="193.137.232.245"
gateway_enable="YES"
hostname="samaell.ipv6.ipg.pt"
inetd_enable="YES"
linux_enable="YES"
moused_enable="YES"
usbd_enable="YES"
ifconfig_xl0="inet 193.137.232.246 netmask 255.255.255.252"
ifconfig_xl1="inet 193.137.232.249 netmask 255.255.255.248"

The bsd can see the pcs inside the lan and outside of it, but they cant see eachothers (the inside (193.137.232.251 255.255.255.248) cant see the outside and the outside cant see the inside)

this is the netstat -r comand

I'm not at all guru on networking, but isn't the netmask meant to be `255.255.255.0'?

Did you compile all the appropriate options into the kernel?
