configuring a gateway for a windows xp box


does anyone know how to configure a gateway for a windows xp box? i am currently running natd and dhclient in freebsd 5.0. i use dhcp with my isp. when i try to get the XP box to use the default gateway it doesnt work. i just want to share an internet connection, no file sharing or anything else. anyone have any ideas?
