Compiling Linux source


I have a winmodem driver for linux that I need to compile and use in freebsd. Is there any way i can do this?

Nope, it specifically needs to be compiled against Linux kernel code, drivers don't really cross those boundaries. There are very very very few winmodem drivers for the BSDs.
